We respond to all support requests by email, no later than 24 hours after receiving your support ticket. Our support hours are Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm EST.

You can also use the help widget that's in your app to raise a support ticket from within your CoachVantage account. The help widget can be found on the bottom right corner of the app. It's bright purple with a ? icon, so you can't miss it! (see image below)

When you click on the help widget (?) icon, it will open up a window (see image below) for you to search for help from our Knowledge Base or for you to raise a support ticket by email.
