To set up your Contact Details, go to the top right-hand corner of the screen as shown below:

 

 

  1. Click on Your Name to get the drop-down menu
  2. Click on My Profile
  3. Click on Contact Details

 

 

 

Contact Details

On the Contact Details page enter your personal Contact Details.

  1. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number and Email Address. This information will be displayed on your client invoices.
  2. Double check your Time Zone and verify it is the correct one.
    NOTE: It is very important to select the correct time zone where you are located as all appointments will get saved according to the time zone you select.

 

Your Time Zone

Click on Your Name > My Profile > Contact Details and scroll down.

By default, Time zones are grouped by continent. Be sure to select the correct time zone in your continent as this will affect all your calendar and appointment entries.

NOTE: Your time zone can be changed if needed. For example, if you are travelling or physically relocating. Previously scheduled appointments (date/time) will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new time zone setting.

Continent time zone groupings are:

US/Canada

Africa

America

Asia

Atlantic

Australia

Europe, and

UTC

 

Personal Profile Picture

Click on Your Name > My Profile > Contact Details and scroll down.

Upload an image of yourself to make your CoachVantage account more personalized.

Click on the Choose an image button. You will get the pop-up screen where you have several source options to choose your image from.

  1. Click on Choose a local file if the image is on your computer or select a choice from the different sources such as Facebook, Google Docs, Dropbox, etc. Your personal profile picture or avatar

Once you’ve uploaded your image file, it will be displayed on the top menu bar as your avatar and will replace your initials as shown below. Your personal profile picture will also be displayed as the avatar on your client's account portal.

 

Change Password

Click on Your Name > My Profile > Contact Details and scroll down.

Your password can be changed at any time. Find the Change Password option at the bottom of the Contact Details page as shown below. The password must contain a combination of letters, numbers and symbols with a minimum of eight characters. Click the Update button to save your changes. 

Once you retype your new password and it matches, click the Update button. A pop-up window asking you to Enter Current Password will open as shown below. Enter your current password and click Update. Your password will be successfully changed.

 

Business Details

Click on Your Name>My Profile>Business Details and scroll down.

  1. Your Business Name and Sub-domain name should already be pre-filled with the information you entered on the Sign-up Form. You can change your business name if needed. 
  2. Your sub-domain name (URL) cannot be changed. This is the URL for all your public-facing pages. You can use this URL to link back from your web site or social media pages to redirect clients to find your published coaching program registration pages and online scheduling pages.

3.   Add the Business Address you would like displayed on your invoices.

4.   Upload your Business Logo by clicking on the ‘Upload Logo’ square. Your business logo will be displayed on your online scheduling pages, on your coaching program registration pages and on your invoices. Make sure to click the Update button on the bottom of the page to save your settings.

 

Social Media Links

Enter the URL of your social pages for personal branding purposes. Click on Your Name > My Profile > Business Details and then scroll down the page to Social URL. Enter the full URLs of your social pages, for example https://www.facebook.com/yourname. 

(Note: you must type in the full URl, and not just facebook.com/yourname)

Make sure to click the Update button on the bottom of the page to save your settings.

 

Theme Settings

You can customize the look and feel of your own account as well as your client’s account portal by configuring the Theme Settings.

Select the colors to correspond with your business branding. You can change the background, text, button background and button text colors to match your company colors.

Make sure to click the Update button on the bottom of the page to save your settings.

The colors/theme you select will be prevalent throughout your CoachVantage account and also on your online scheduling pages and coaching program registration pages. It will also be replicated on your client's account portal.

  1. Click on the down chevron to display the color palette. Select the color of your choice by either typing in the HEX number or simply moving the slider over the color.
  2. Click Select to set the color. And then click the Update button on the bottom of the screen to save your settings.
